What is the real fact about widely advrtd cheap land in TN
there are several brokers and shows still cheaper land with 60K - 1.5lac/acre barren land in deep interior of TN are available in Tirunelveli, ...etc dist. and some real estate firms says no where in TN such land is available what is the real fact, any members from TN if could give some thoughts./actual fact it would be beneficial to other aspirant farmers.

I think we can get the land for 60 to 75k per acre -dry land with black soil ,If the purchase would be more than 100 acres near 50km with in tirunelveli.
I think we need to club together to get that price.
Let share your thoughts on it.
Around ten people can join and look for better price.

How can u judge the person is a genine or not without seeing him. Let try to travel and come to a conclusion. I can arrange Land for you if u clup together.
The land details
Perambalor Dist - 12 kms from NH4 way connecting Trichy and Chennai take a cut at Tholudur the village name is Pasambaloor, the panchayat is Vembathattai. 50 - 100 acrs Black soil, barren land you have to go for all the development except land levelling. Water in 100 feets. rate 1,25,000/ per acre
Dharmapuri dist - around 70 kms from Hosur - 30 kms from River Kavery(Hogenekkal Water falls) Red soil - the land is not level it is like denkanikotta land you believe or not water in 10(ten) feets sweet water, 2-1/2 cut road from high way can go upto 80 acrs best for organic agriculture as there is no agriculture activity sofar rate 1,90,000/-per acre
Dharmapuri dist - between salem and dharmapuri 45 kms from salem connecting bangalore NH7/4way cut road from thoppur toll gate 12 kms inside Red soil - just developed virgin land sofar no agri done rate 2,00,000/ per acre water in 50 feets.

there are lands available between 50000 and 100000 rs, brokers are at hipe to show figures, only thing is we need to be patient and search to get good one at good price
