yield will be approx from Mangoes : Rs.15000/ to Rs.20000/- per annum, coconut ~ Rs.30000/- to Rs.40000/-.from other cultivation like groundnuts, chilly or tomato ~ Rs.20000/- to Rs.25000/-. On an average Rs.80000/- to Rs.100000/- will be the yield per annum. The land is located at the foot of a hill, so water is good. bore is also available.we do have a plan of setting a dairy farm but due to financial constraints we want to sell the land.
