Is there a minimum limitation set by the local authorities to purchase agricultural land in Sawantwadi? Are these two plots in the close proximity? Do you have any offices in Mumbai? Any other model rubber plantation nearing tapping in the vicinity? Are you providing consultancy and back-up support for rubber plantation? How far is this land from Panvel by road and train?
