hi, i am from kerala. i am planning to buy some land in karnataka for rubber plantation and other agriculture purpose such ginger, banana, poultry farming etc. i want to know about the legal side. as i had heard that non agriculturist cannot buy land in karnataka. even though i am having 5 acres of rubber plantation in kerala. also please suggest some places suitable for rubber plantations with low price, availability of water, electricity and labour.

Sorry to disturb u. You are planning to buy land in Karnataka from kerala.
Out of state. Could u please share me how you are going to maintain and manage the land in karnataka from kerala.
Because Iam also planning to buy land out of Chennai in Tamilnadu.
But I struggle in finding how to manage that land from chennai.
