The farm Land is available for sale.
Currently yield – Coconut Tree – 170 nos --avarage 3400- 3800 nuts per cutting of 50 days cycle.
Sapota – 83 tress – Hybrid – yearly 2 season – around – 3-4 ton for each season
Tamarind – 27 tress – good yield yearly once
PKM Murungai- 2400 tress – currently yielding weekly – 700-900 kg
New crops/ tress Planted year before.
Coconut – TxD ( one plant bought @ 210/- ) - 550 nos
Teak – 3200 nos – 15 feet high and 38 Cm wide
Banana – Karporam + Nendram+Poovan – 7000 nos planted in Feb 2009 – currently under yielding
Coco- 1800 nos
Hybrid – NA7 – Ammla – 550 nos - planted in Feb 2009
All are planted in Multitier cultivation

Our entire farm is having DRIP irrigation as well as Pipe line water system.
The Drip we did in the month of Jan 2009 ..we have warranty for the same till 2010.
Our Farm is 380 meter distance from The Mukanpalayam 4 Way Express Road Bus stop. There is a well developed road goes from Mukplayam stop to Poonavathi ….that road goes through our Farm. This is state High way road. 40 feet wide.
The farm is free from all obligation …NO Loan …NO legal litigation…
