10 acres

Hello Sir,

What is the type of soil, Source of water?? Where is your land located?? If you want to invest 5 lakh per acre, you can go in for protected cultivation of vegetables, flowers. Please get the soil analysed and post us the report we can guide you with crop.

Another alternative is you can contact the agriculture officer in the nearest Agriculture department, who will guide you examining the soil and water availability.

Hi,

Go for the soil test first.
Plan for bore-wells and fencing.
Also plan for proper transportation at your farm.
Make sure that you have done proper drainage of various crops.

I suggest you to go for integrated farming.
1. Keep live stock like fishery, cows/buffaloes, chicken farm.
2. Go for Tuber crops like taro, yam etc.
3. For fruits, G9 TC banana, hybrid mango will give you much benefit.
4. Go for seasonal vegetable, like potato, cabbage, cauliflower, tomato, water melon, etc.
5. Go for groundnuts if your soil report permits.

For vegetable, go for one time production and selling, so that you can save labour cost and time.

Regards,
Siddhartha.
