Go for the soil test first.
Plan for bore-wells and fencing.
Also plan for proper transportation at your farm.
Make sure that you have done proper drainage of various crops.
I suggest you to go for integrated farming.
1. Keep live stock like fishery, cows/buffaloes, chicken farm.
2. Go for Tuber crops like taro, yam etc.
3. For fruits, G9 TC banana, hybrid mango will give you much benefit.
4. Go for seasonal vegetable, like potato, cabbage, cauliflower, tomato, water melon, etc.
5. Go for groundnuts if your soil report permits.
For vegetable, go for one time production and selling, so that you can save labour cost and time.
