support for plantation

I have planted 250 teak trees 2 years ago . The trees are now about 20 feet high . The problem is that their upper portion is so heavy that they are not stand properly. All layed down, no supsupport carry any meaning . Is all my effort go in vain or there is any way out . By the by the plants...
