start dairy farm

Hi, I'm planning to start a Dairy farm with an investment of 15L. I got my own land of 6 acres. It is very near by a lake, so no problem with water. I heard that Murrah buffallos are the best bread. May i know the cost of that buffallo? And also what are the basic needs required to start a farm?
