organic retail outlet

Hi, Please guide me with my plan to start up a small organic food (esp. vegetables) retail outlet. Will this be feasible and how about the reach & awareness in southern parts of TamilNadu? Can i have details of some farmers who do organic veggie cultivation? Thanks
