good soil

Dear, I am looking for small area of land to cultivate fruit trees as my hobby, i am looking for cheap rate land - but good soil & ample supply of water. It should be located either in UP, Haryana, Rajeshthan - in the radius of 200km from delhi. Thanks Rajesh
