agrcultural land in ap

We are dealing in Real Estate. We are a broker. Recently we have 206 acres agriculture land in Raipurani, near by Barwala Road, in Distt Panchkula. Recently this time there is a wheat farming on this land. There is a 12 tube wells and a farm house on this land

At least 80-85% of the 100 Acres should be cultivable. Owner(s) should be able to sign lease for a minimum of 5 years. Preferable area, between Sangareddy and Bidar, Medak district Joggipet road, Vikarabad. Land will be used for Agriculture and Diary only. Thanks Rajesh A.
