Hi You can store your seeds in 200 lt or similar plastic drums making it airtight. In case of larger quantity, you can also add camphor balls to prevent insects. Also periodically, if the seeds are shown sunlight, insects can be brought under control. Nikhil

For dairy farm you can wash or spray the farm with phenyl liquid. For cows, you should spray some insecticide like deltamethrin, cypermethrin which is available if vet shops for controlling flies and ticks etc. Nikhil
