We are doing the first harvest of the season and it will be available for sale from Monday Morning.
We are harvesting about 1.5 tonnes and this is expected to be sold out by wednesday. Please drop in between Monday and Wednesday.

Thanks for your inputs on the solution to Monkey menace. We have trees outside of our farm, adjacent to our farm barbed wire fence. They jump in to our farm from the adjacent trees.
I would also like to know the economics of this solution for large farms (> 10 acres)

Hi,
It is not just paddy straw. It is the hay that is used for thatched roof huts and it is very commonly available in villages. It is basically denser than paddy hay, which helps to trap heat and ripen faster. It renders a unique aroma to mangos.
