Hellow We are just about to buy a farm land and wanted to get the basics right as we venture into farming. What is a comprehensive guide or a walk through for this? Any advise?

I learnt about chakke tree plantation in a facebook post. I guess it was some sri lankan variety. Can this be grown around mysore area? whom to approach for plant, etc
