I have started rose farming in Bangalore. but I am not aware abnout the lagal requirements required to start uo the rose farm and sell it to lacal and registered market. Do I require to register my farm? please advice me if any other statutory process is requird to do hassele free business....

Hi All, I have started rose floriculture and seeking some information on this regard. Kindly let me know what are the statutory rule i have to follow or maintain. Do i have to register? do I have to have TIN No & PAN No. of my farm? does it attracts Income Tax exumptions..? Please guide me...
