hello sir recently i purchased a land of 20 acres in orissa for organic farming.

sir would you assist me by providing some advices on

1) how and from where i can get govt subsidy for starting organic farming.

2) i want to provide organic training to my farmers . but cant find any clues for grting it would you have any suggestion
