To begin with quick question: We have plans to set up Plant Tissue Culture Lab in Bangalore. And subsequently do large scale palm tree (dates fruits) plantation in India. Can we set up the lab in Agriculture land or do we need to set it up in commercial land? Thank you Prasanna
