We plan to start its farm business from Feb 2011. Our product is one day old poultry chicks for farmers and also for export purposes. Initially we are setting up the project in Pune, Maharashtra and further we will spread the business to all states where the business is feasible to grow within 4/5 years.

For setting up of the said business, as per our initial project study, we require around 30 Lakhs INR. The expenditures inclusive purchasing of new incubator (Capacity 60000 Chicks), Silent Generator Set, Delivery Van, Conversion of existing poultry farm as per the standard norms, purcahse of mother bird, Poultry food etc and also initial working capital for atleast two months in Phase 1.

Presently we are started the construction work for Incubator room, store room, cleaning room so that everything is under control and no last time hurry and we have adequate time for every challenges.

We request individual / financial institution/ Society / VC etc who interested to finance of Rs 20 Lakhs for a period of maximum 3 years or mutual decession.

The above loan is required for initial set up of the business like puchase of Incubator and associated equipments, Silent Generator Set, Delivery Van etc.

How many partners will be there on the final listing?

Actually, I have 7 acres land near national highway at Parbhani(Marathwada), in future we can grow up the farm if things goes well...

Dear Kunal,

Presently we have four partners in the business. Secondly we don't require any aggricultural land because we have adequate land in Pune if we increased our capacity 20 times more what we targetted in Phase 1.
