Land wanted in AP, within 80km of Hyderabad

Please let me know if you know of any fertile agricultural land (10-100 acres) with red soil and adequate water around Hyderabad, with proper approach roads, in peaceful area and costing not more than Rs. 50,000 per acre.

Dear Glass,

Land available near Hyderabad. But not at the prices u mentioned. Probably u r not aware what is happening in Hyderabad. Upto 50 Kms. from Hyderabad land will cost you from a minimum of Rs.3 crores to Rs.20 crors per acre. Actuallly upto 50Kms land cost is considered in Sq. Yds. not in acres.

If you travel upto 100 Kms., land is available from Rs.3 to Rs.15 lakhs depending upon its location.

Near Gadwal, a land of 256 acres (single bit) is available for Rs.1.20 lakhs. Gadwal is 4 -5 hours run from Hyderabad at 185Kms.

Thanks Raghuram - appreciate your inputs. Is there any place where land is available at around 50K? My idea is not real estate and these prices seem driven by real estate boom, than anything to do with agriculture.

Also, is the Gadwal bit fertile red soil with water? What are the crops around in that area? Any local problems? Will it be sold in smaller bits? Approach road?

it is impossible to have land around or anywhere in AP at Rs.50000 per acre. it was when gold was Rs. 5000 per 10 gm. now gold is Rs. 13000 and land is 2 lakhs. Even corner most areas near parvathipuram of vizianagarm district where naxal prblem is high land is costing around Rs.1 lakh to 2 lakhs. we have a seller offerng near Tandur at 2L/acre. if intersted mail your inerest
