I am retiring from govt. service and want to settle down away from hustle bustle of metropolitan life and spend rest of life in the nature's lap. I want 20 or more acres of fertile land with good water source at a place having modrate weather and lot of greenery and scenic beauty around within moderate budget near to some highway and some town or city.
