Please let us know the Acre price we are looking 100 acers from corporate company.

Dear Mr Vamsi,
In karnatka companies can not own agri. land with exception of plantation crops which is outside the purview of land refroms Act.
If directors want to own then they should be agriculturists and holding land already in their/family name.
for other provisions/exemptions you can contact me.
Further the project should be informed to advise the cost, location of the land. Near Bangalore the cost is as high as 5 to 12 lacs per acre.Ruled out for agri. purpose. required water or irrigation for 100 acres is a limiting factor.

It is better if you can informed the purpose so that I can tell you location and help you to purchase and start a suitable agri project.I am handling tecnical aspects, finance and project report assist in establishing farm and industry and legal aspects required.

Can you give us some info on the following,
we are looking for about 15-20 acres of dry land in and around Kanakapura for Animal husbandry project, we should be able to get water if we go for borewell, even if the land is interiors off the main road no problem for us but only source is we shoud have proper access to the land through govt road not thro' other property.
