If you are planning a traditional nursery I will be able to guide in planning, day to day maintainance, training your staff.You can go in for mango, sapota,litchi, guava plants, some ornamental plants etc. There are other special avenues which I can offer you.
Next is going on large investment and have tissue culture lab. But then you should have an export market.
For the first level ie., for project planning, proj.report, training etc I will be charging 50000/- lumpsum ie for a period of 1 year.
travel and lodging extra as per actual.
