Wanted agricultural land

I am in the look out for cheap agricultural land in Tamilnadu 25000Rs -40000Rs which is less than 300kms from Bangalore. Land should have clear title deed, electricity,water and road access.The purpose is to start a Farm of my own.

I have land in gadag district, 350 km from Bangalore with water about 50 acres. U need not pay anything for starting a farming activity.u can invest and start as joint venture. I will be able to give consultancy also for any horticultural project. contact anil patil

Kindly find that land of about 50 to 200 acres in tamilnadu just 80 Kms from Bangalore with red soil,water avilable at 30 feet etc., priced at Rs.2 lakhs per acre. Only serious person reply or call.
