I am looking/Searching for an Agricultural land any where in Kerala of 3 - 4 Acres land (Preferably Paddy Field) for around 1 lac per Acre..

Getting land for this amount seems to be very difficult. Because of tourist resorts mushrooming up, its very difficult in Wayanad too. Better to look in Pathanamthitta,Idukki,Wayanad belts.

See, am in trivandrum city.Here 1 cent is 20 or 22 lacs. That is why you will see most malayalees & NRI's (malayalees) are buying land in Nagercoil,Tirunelveli,Palakkad, Coimbatore,Udumalai,Pollachi,Palani areas. Please try there.That's better. Regards,Kumar
