Wanted Melia Dubia Saplings

Sir,
We are having 5 acres of land in dist. Anantapur (A.P.) We want to purchase 2000 saplings of Melia Dubia. What is the price of these saplings? What kind of soil is good for melia dubia? Should we go for direct sowing? Are there some skilled labour required? What climatic conditions are beneficial for the proper growth of Melia Dubia? How many saplings should we start with in the begining?

The suggested pit size is 2*2*0.6 cubic mtr. with the spacing of 3.5*3.5 mtr between two saplings.
