There are around 100 species (spread over 30 Genera) of TDEF plants including trees, shrubs, creepers etc. Many are economically important trees and many are important herbs, and a few are under threat status as per IUCN Red Data, which need to be protected through new cultivation. Subsidies are available for cultivation of some of these plants including tree species of economic or medicinal value. We can supply saplings of almost all plants from our nurseries in Kerala and those not in stock can be made on order. We can also provide complete consultancy /advisory services for developing your TDEF garden with assured income from 60 days onward through short term multi crops while the trees will take many years to grow and provide return.
