Dear agri_lover,

I think you should plan differently. Rather than just grow only one of the timber value trees, you need to grow different trees in such a way that you can stagger your selling. This way you can plan for upto 20 years.

I am in the process of collecting data but I am unable to get much information. But still working on it.

The timber value trees are as scheduled as follows

i. mahagany -20 years and above

ii.redsanders (seedlings cultivation) :20 yrs and above

iii.Teak 9stump propagated cultivation) :20 yrs and above

iv.Tissue culture teak : minimum 15 yrs maximum 20yrs

v. Melia dubia seedling(cultivation) : minimum 6 yrs & maximum 7 yrs

vi. gmelina arborea : minimum 6 yrs
