Start own flower mart

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask:

I am planning to start a small flower mart in India, Kochi and would like to know a few details:

* Procedure involved (becoming a member or some other legal formalities).
* Choosing a good wholesale flower dealer from Mysore/Delhi. If anyone knows about a good dealer, let me know.

Dear Sir,

I do not know the procedure how to start flower market in Kochi.

But i can help you in sending flowers at wholesale prices from Hosur (35kms from Bangalore).

Hosur is a very known place for floriculture and most of Roses are grwon here.

I have my own farm and also we have a wholesale market in Bangalore Market.
