Need suggestions on Gmelina Arboria or Gambhar or Shivan Tree Plantation

Dear friends,
We wish to go for Gmelina Arboria tree plantation in our agricultural land. If any one has answers to a few of our questions, please help us.

1. Can Gmelina Arboria be harvested after 8 - 10 yrs of plantation..?

2. What is present wood price/cubic feet ?

3. On an average, how much quantity of wood (cubic feet) we get from a single tree ?
