Need suggestion for tree growing

Hi
I have 1/4 acre land which is far away from my place of living. I wish to grow trees in that land.
Suggest me some low maintenance high value trees that can be harvested after 10-20 yrs.

if possible please provide the comparision of growing Teak vs melia dubia vs white-teak(kumil) vs Mahogany interms of maturity time and Income.
