I want to start milky mushroom cultivation in 100 Sq ft area I have a house with three rooms one room exclusive to be used for beds so what is the req to produce 50 -100 kilos of milky mushroom daily
Infrastructure needs
Substrate raw material needs
Machinery like autoclave for sterilise and machinery for drying like hydrator
Spawn seed required
How many beds to prepare using straw size of bag or coco peat

Thanks for the query placed

1. For 100 Kg per day production, you need an area of 3500 sq ft as growth chamber and the rest 2500 sq ft for paddy storage and pasteurization.

I will suggest you to undergo proper training before you proceed which will certainly help you sort out the rest of your queries.
