My name is Mihai Matei and I represent COMPOSTAR Agricultural Union, in Romania, which is the beneficiary of a 3.371.459 euros E.U. funded project. Out of this sum 50% are unreturnable public funds.
The company is the owner of the location where the project is to be built. (60.000 square meters) The location already has the necessary facilities: electricity, water and sewers, access roads and work platforms, a production hall with direct access at the national roads.
We need a partner/investor with cash money, in order to be able to pay for the funding from a bank in Romania or in other European country.
We want the investor to be a bussiness entity, with sales figures for the lattest 2 years of at least 2 millions of euros.

II. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT:
1 Title of the project: Production of compost through wheat straws processing for Pleurotus mushrooms. Processing of Pleurotus mushrooms.
2 Place of the project Vrancea county
3 Description of the project The project contains:- a compost factory for Pleurotus mushrooms, which has the production capacity of 15.000 tons/year;-a farm for Pleurotus mushrooms, which has the production capacity of 31 tons/year;- a factory for processing Pleurotus mushrooms, which has a production capacity of 200 tons/year. The company already owns the location, which is aprox. 60.000 square meters large. It has all facilities: electricity, water and sewers, access roads and platforms, production hall, access to national roads network. The location is 40 kilometers away from Focsani, Braila, Galati, Ramnicu Sarat.
4 Purpose and objectives of the project Development of a new agricultural domain in eastern Romania: Pleurotus mushrooms growing; selling the mushrooms abroad or to the supermarkets, fresh or canned.
