We have a total land of 22 farmhouseland sites of 10 cents each on the national highway NH 47 coimbatore to chennai,and Bangalore at avinasi road, coimbatore. It is in the Kaniyur area opposite to park collage.The land is approved by a nationalised bank panel board for home loan and it is accessible to anyone who wish to construct a home in it as per the bank norms. Further inside the site plenty of coconut trees are there so you have to plan a design, without cutting the trees to get a natural atmosphere. 10 kms from coimbatore airports and is very much viable for kerala. further 3 recognised collages are there. 4 big industries are there. Nevertheless to say the appreciation may be higher due to ringroad reasons. have a phone talk, make a visit in our company car and on full quries and the answers, think twice and if the above statements are true, then it is your choice.
