I need help with agriculture land registration issues in mandya

I have purchased agriculture land in mandya and need to do registration , i am a agriculturalist family also can any body help me out document list,
people of mandya some where in my native less knowledge about durasth and all other things because of that officials peeking more bucks..

People are telling to do durasth it will take more time ,I have done agreement for for two years and how can I aproch the taluku office ,survey department to do survey sketch .please tell how can I go and with required document.

Go to talus office get your land surveyed by a taluk surveyer

Take the earlier land records like pattadhar pass book , link documents and title deeds etc and take them to the Sub-registrars office and take the help of document writers and they will be guding you and some expoitation will be there as you have to pay over and above the actual registration fee payable to the Government.
