Help on growing Rose Farm

HI

I am totally new to agriculture..I have shortlisted a 1 and half acre land near bangalore,in TN where I want to grow roses for commercial purpose...
Please tell me how to proceed about..Where to start and what to do..

I would like to know if it is possible to get bank loan to purchase the land..
What are the difficulty I can expect in Rose farming..
When and where should i apply for govt agriculture loans..
What will be the cost to setup 1 acre rose farming..

Kindly advise me in this regard..

Madam,
You can approach any nationalized bank and get loan from NA BARD.Regarding roses cultivation you can contact any nursery in Bangalore. I feel K.S.Gopalswamiengar nursery is best in Bangalore.

As suggested by Mr. Murthy, KSG and sons are the best in roses. YOu can contact the nursery for details on variety and cultivation.

IS it true that establishing 1 acre rose farm could cost much more than the returns? Do I need to wait forever to enjoy profits ?
