HELLO SIR,

EM means (Effective Microorganisms) Technology:

EM Technology was developed at the University of Ryukyus, Okinawa, Japan in the early 1980’s by Professor Dr. Teruo Higa.

EM Consists of Safe and Human Friendly effective microorganisms. The principal microbes present in EM are:
1) Lactic Acid Bacteria (Lactobacillus spp.)
2) Yeast (Saccharomyces spp.)
3) Phototrophic Bacteria (Rhodopseudomonas spp.)

These microbes coexist in liquid culture below a pH of 3.5. The micro organisms are not genetically engineered, exotic or imported. They are produced in our manufacturing facility at Kolkata. These microbes are facultative and exhibits both aerobic and anaerobic characteristics. They work in a wide range of pH, temperatures and salinity.

Functions of these Microbes:

The EM Power generated through these effective microorganisms aids in creating a positive environment, in toto. It influences the micro flora and fauna and increases the poplulation of beneficial microorganisms leading to a healthier milieu.

METHOD OF PREPARATION OF EM.1 SOLUTION (I.E) AEM

AEM (Activated Effective microorganisms) PREPARATION REQUIREMENTS:
1 Litre of Maple EM.1 Hariyali
1 litre Mollases / 1 Kg Jaggery (Gurr)
18 litres water
AEM Preparation Procedure:
Mix all the above components in a 20 Lts Jerry can and mix well and leave to ferment. Add a handful of black salt to hasten the fermentation process.
The jerry can should be kept in shade.

Preparation time: 7-8 days

AFTER 7-8 DAYS YOU WILL NOTICE A WHITE COLOURED LAYER WILL BE SEEN ON THE SURFACE OF AEM WHICH INDICATES THE ACTIVATION PROCESS IS COMPLETE AND READY TO USE ON SOIL.
