Pandan leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius) has Basmati aroma in its leaves. It is widely used in culinary industry.
Commonly called as Rambha leaves, Basmati leaves.
To increase the shelf life of leaves, the leaves can be dried. It cannot be dried directly under sun as it loses its aromatic compound in direct sunlight. It can be shade dried or machine dried.
Due to availability of dry leaves one can use whenever it is required.
