Breed requied for Dairy Farm

Dear sir / Madam,

iam Siva from Nellore Dt, Andhra Pradesh ( Coastal Andhra Pradesh) I would like to start dairy farm with inital daily productivity of about 500 Lts per Day. i would like to take up cows and Buffalos together.

Wher can i get good breed of Buffalos and Cows. What type of Machiney and Equipment is required for milking, storing and Transporting purpose.
