WANTED minimum 2-3 acres of fertile land for LEASE, in ANY beautiful HILLY location in South India (at least 3000 feet and above). There should be at least 1 House in good condition (including toilets+kitchen, electricity and flowing water).
Land should have a great views, and be located in interior location (NOT next to public road), and be FULLY private.
It is needed for the purpose of making a small Ashram (non commercial) and for the practice of meditation.
MUST HAVE a natural water source available (river, perennial stream, spring water).
