Hi all.

Can anyone please guide me about the scope/potential of setting up banana ripening center initially followed by other fruit ripening facility in DELHI/NCR AREA? I'll really appreciate your comments and guidance for same (i'm horticulture graduate, that might support it too).

Dear Sir

u can set up a ripening chamber wherever possible. in Delhi too. in addition to that u can also make use of ethephon to hasten colour development in banana.

thanks for your reply. can you please elaborate on the potential of same. because i've noticed it (non-carbide process) is required and to an extend it became compulsory but then why not other players got into setting up the units? please advise me if i invest will it be safe deal.
