In various kinds of maize flour type by MAIZE MILLING MACHINE, while all purpose flour is one of them which is suitable for all kinds of recipes.
We all know that flour is milled by maize milling machine from different maize containing different amounts of protein, as a result we get various flour. When we mill harder maize (like bread flour) which is higher in protein and gluten, we use its flour for crusty breads and yeast-risen products, while for softer wheat (like cake flour) which contains less protein and gluten, we use to make cakes and biscuits, etc.
