2.The quality standard of corn flour meets the national (Chinese ) standard.
3. Raw material: Medium level quality wheat
4. Workshop size: length 25m, width 8m, height 10.5m.
5. Wheat flour milling line adopts electric centralized control system and works automatically and continuously in whole course.
6. Process Profile: it mainly includes three parts:
1) Primary Cleaning part: After going through elevating, sifting (remove big, small and light impurities), wheat is conveyed into Raw Material Storage Bin. Raw material reception capacity is 10T/H.
2) Cleaning Part: three screens, two scours, one destoners , two magnetic separators, one wheat washer and one damping procedure. This technical process has good effect for cleaning. Cleaning capacity is 2T/H.
3) Milling Part: four break, three reduction,one scratch and one purifying. The technology is reasonable to produce wheat flour with high rate, whose capacity is 40T/D.
7. Installation expenses: This service is the charged service, which includes installation, test running, and training local operators, wheat flour milling line requires two technicians for guiding installation. The buyer should provide for technicians return tickets, local food and boarding, transportation, medical insurance, and the salary of 100 USD per man per day. This set equipment need 3 engineers for installation.
