Dear
I have visited Fedra village and other villages nearby it, i found that the land rate (Fedra-Pipali Road) is considered Rs. 2 Lack @ acre. There is possibility to build restaurants, cold storage houses, employee coloneys and other small and large scale enterprises etc. The Gujarat Government has announced recently the proposed site for SIR (Special Inverstment Region) so the rate of the land grown up very high. When i contacted the one of farmers from Fedra he said that the land acquisition process has been functional for the last 2 year and most of farmers sold their land within minimum rate of Rs. 10,000@ acre. Now, no farmer wants to sell their land in small margin. The situation of villages such as Ambali, kamatalav, pipali, adhelai, Gogla, Khoon, Rah Talav, Kadipur, Bhangadh, Panchi, Moondi, and dholera is quite different. In this region the land rate reached upto Rs. 4.5 to 10 Lack per acre. Lavji Zala |

my dears brothers,
what ur discussing right now , like warehouses and lands suitable for stock yard, are all baseless at present . First of all try to understand the situation of draft at the jetty area and the dredging problems associated with it. Try to understand what corgo is going to be handled over here and what are the future aspects of it. When the gov. implement it and who is going to set up the infrastructure. This is just like the Kaalpsar project showing Mirages in the future which is no existance in real than in the books and literature of the gov. Yes the prices of land will go high , but not due to the port , but when the sub canals of narmada project will reach in the command areas . regards....... Ajaysinh Chuadasama |

Hello,,,
It is nice to see the discussion on the potentials of Dholera region. From few days the News parpers have also made the region Hot. It is but natural that the region is growing very fast in the terms of investment. Right know the rate Rs. 2,50,000/- acre is not bad. In comming future the land will be sold in rates of Sq yards. Same was the present situation of Mundra some 10 years back. But now the picture is totally different. The old proposal may get held up due to the policy prevelling by that time. Now a days infrastructure development in India is booming and Dholera has very good potential for the best development. The main region is the farmers hold large land. The population is low in these region and also the land aquaring is not difficult. Many industries related to services, Construction, Transportation, processing and packaging have wide scope. It is the nearest sea cost point from Ahmedabad and other Northern state for the country. The proposals are in process and one day all will shine.

Dear Members,
I will inform to all of you that what ever decision has been taken to acquire the land at dholera there is lots of risk involved is that your land is being acquired by Adani group as today toi they had put proposal for acquition started near certain areas in Dholera. Be carefull that your hard earned money will be lost with zero value if your buyout land has been into the acquition. So if you willling to plan better location and make sure your land area has not came into acquition you may write to me . thanks. |

Can any one suggest the plan of the location which is in proposal for the acquisition.
