Dear All,

Wanted agricultual land preferably in remote villages with only a kuchha road for approach. Price Rs 1 to 2 Lacs / Acre. In and around 100 to 150 Kms from Bangalore.

How does a non agriculturalist buy land. Suggestions please

It is true you cannot buy agri land in India if you are not an agriculturist.

Can you let us know how difficult it is to get the nod from DC. Any other conditions attached ?
