Irrigation Engineer (M.Sc.) with vast international experience -20 years in Israel and 6 years in China. Fully computer literate with M.S. Office, AutoCAD and WCADI. Has worked for the Israeli Ag. Ministry as a regional consultant, and has been the Chief Irrigation Designer for an Israeli irrigation company.

Now offers irrigation design, consultancy and adjudication services either on a project basis (or maybe full time if the conditions are right).

Recent projects include:
Building a drip irrigation factory in China's North-West; The design of citrus irrigation projects along the banks of the Yangtze – population re-location resulting from the Three Gorges Dam Project"; Projects that fight desertification in China's North-West and North-East.
