VI. Experiences with NGO
Associated with “promotion of organic farming” campaign pioneered by me through an NGO-Plant and animal resource investigation(PARI) since 1998. The works mainly deal with promotion of use of compost and bio-pesticides through practical demonstration at farmers level .

I got the opportunity to study thoroughly and get acquainted with different aspects of Tea Husbandry and Technology during B Sc (agri) courses in which THT is a regular Subject along with other regular subjects.
