Previous jobs:

 Worked as Senior Executive Marketing in Naandi Foundation, Hyderabad (one of the biggest NGO in Andhra Pradesh). Looked after marketing of organic produce from Andhra Pradesh, Andman and Nagaland from April 2006 to August 2007. Provided inputs and built capacities of farmers and field staff through trainings on marketing, quality processing and supply chain.

 Worked as Technical Person in Uttaranchal Organic Commodity Board from 1st September 2003 to 31st March 2006. The job included providing technical assistance for project preparations, implementation, trainings and certification. Liasioning with high-level government officials, NGOs and farmers federations. About 500 government staff was trained on organic farming directly and about 30,000 farmers were benefited by the literatures developed.

 Worked as application engineer agriculture at Maple Orgtech (I) Pvt Ltd. Dehradun, which is manufacturing EM (Effective Microorganisms) under agreement with EMRO (Effective Microorganisms Research Organization) Japan from 15th July 2002 to 31st August 2003. User manual of EM technology was modified as per the local need and about 1000 farmers were trained with the help of Field Staff. 95 Master Trainers were technically guided.

 Seven months working experience at Billigiri Rangan Coffee Estate (K. K. Birla group) at Chamrajnagar, Karnataka as assistant manager (works).
