M.E.(Processing & Food Engineer) Search for Suitable Job

Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my interest in a position with your esteemed organization. I have received my Master’s degree in Agril. Engg. with majors in Process & Food Engg. from MPUAT Univ. of Ag. & Tech., Udaipur, India in March 2007. I am interested in a career in research in Food processing. My M.E. Thesis/ Research is ‘Effect of Shapes on Drying Kinetics of Fluidized Bed Drying of Potato’ based on effect of shapes on drying Kinetics and model to its behavior. Also I have been awarded Senior Research Fellow under Ministry of New & Renewable Energy Sources (MNRES) under the project of ‘Demonstration of Solar Drying Technology for Industrial Based Products’ going on in the Dept. of Renewable Energy Sources. CTAE, MPUAT, Udaipur.
Based on my course work at Master’s level and my working experience, I believe I would make a real contribution to your esteemed organization. The course work during M.E.( Food Processing) included subjects Advanced Process & Food Engg., Solar Energy Utilization in Food Engineering, Biological Properties of Food Material, Heat Transfer in Process Engg., Drying and Dehydration, Storage Engineering, Food Chemistry & Microbiology, Design of Food Process Equipment, Post Harvest Technology, and the course of Computer Applications has helped me to focus my career goals on the advancement of Food processing industries. Computer Courses like MS-CIT, MS-Office from Aptech, India & support my computer skill in languages like C,C++, Auto-cad, etc. Being a professional already involved in Food processing.
I understand the commitment and special attention required to succeed in the field. I am looking forward to meeting with you to discuss in more detail, as well as display some of my skills involved in my Master’s research project.
