Dear Sir

yes u can start up with ur ideas.

Ur space is well sufficient for mushroom growing.
First u will have to decide the species and then proceed further.
nowadays morels and milky mushrooms are in demand.

Default Dear sir,

u can very well start a mushroom cultivation possible sps are depending on the temperature we classify.
1.Oyster mushroom which prefers temperature between 25 to 30 degree C. easy to cultivate with in 35 days u will get the yield but shelf life short. cost of cultivation is between Rs.15-25/bag of 2kg depending on the availabilty materials.which yields arund half kg to one kg and sells at Rs.70/kg .

2.Milky mushroom_ which prefers 34 to 36 degree C. which take 45 to 55 days to complete its cycle cost which cost Rs.25-30. u can get up to half to one kg from this bag and market price is around Rs.100 .
3.Button its higly investment oriented so dont go u can plan sigatge and hypsozygus and other mushroom with minimum investment u can get the seeds/spawns from horticulture dept/Agriculcture university.

Regards

Kirti. S
