Investment Details and returns for first 3 years

Am not from agriculture background. Want to get into farming and looking for options. Found EMU as an option, want to know, how to start, Investment, Returns, where to buy(eggs/birds) and where to sell(eggs/birds/other products), what about hatching of eggs?, Maintenance for EMU birds, food, medicines, etc any sheds/shelters to be build. what is the minimum number of birds to start with. If there is an case study already can some one share the same.
